Five newly furnished conference rooms with seating up to 12. These are available to Ambler Yards tenants on a first come-first served basis at no cost. The largest 2 conference rooms offer 70” TVs for presentations. Wi-Fi available in this area.
Tenants can relax anytime in our Community Room featuring 2 cable televisions, a ping pong table, a foosball table, tables and chairs, couches, a sink and microwave.
Our Community Room can accommodate a Workshop, Party, Break Out Session and more. The room can be set up for you at an additional fee.
Ambler Yards is equipped with on-site WiFi throughout the campus, including in the outdoor seating areas. We have multiple Internet service providers on site.

Now open, The Lunch Box, a new restaurant from the owners of Downtown Ambler’s popular “The Pizza Box”. Located in Building 20, The Lunch Box offers a variety of salads, hot and cold sandwiches, paninis, wraps, and more. Having an event and need catering? Check out the Lunch Box’s full catering menu. The Lunch Box is currently open Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm.
Well Crafted Ambler is a brewery, taproom, and entertainment destination in the heart of Ambler Yards. The friendly team serves craft beer, seasonal cocktails, local wines, non-alcoholic drinks, and an array of cuisines with local food trucks. A complimentary shuttle service will be provided to the Ambler Train Station on weekdays. The van service will be timed to meet the morning and evening commuter trains.
A former truck court has been transformed into a hardscaped outdoor seating area with tables, chairs, and planters. Wi-Fi available in this area.
Our landscaped meadow area is perfect for a relaxing stroll and is also an event space where we will continue to host our well attended Food Truck Fridays, featuring food trucks, local craft beer, live music and more!
Ambler Yards makes it easy for employees to fit in a little workout time before and after work. A fitness room, gym, locker and shower are available to all tenants.
Ambler Yards is also home to Kanna Fitness. Visit Kanna’s website to find out about their memberships.
Additionally, fitness events in the Yard are regularly scheduled with various groups and there is a 1-Mile Walking Loop connecting through Penn-Ambler Park.
