A seasoned commercial real estate professional with 35 years in the industry. Currently active as a developer in several real estate projects including the award-winning redevelopment of Ambler Yards, a 285,000 sq. ft. multi-building, mixed-use campus in Ambler, PA, a 29,000 sq. ft. redevelopment in downtown Ambler, a 50,000 sq. ft. office building in Malvern, a 30,000 sq. ft. office building in Wyncote and a 230,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office redevelopment in Gloucester City, NJ. Cofounder of iThrive, a regional coworking space provider.


Commercial real estate practice focused on leasing of investment properties and assisting major corporations and entrepreneurs in securing space as well as dispositions. Experience negotiating office, industrial, and land transactions – having managed many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Tri-State region.


Developed and delivered numerous presentations on the status of the regional commercial real estate market at various economic development and industry meetings. Clients have included Comcast Corporation, Campbell Soup, Beneficial Bank, CCL Industries, Sony Corporation, BASF, Prologis, Brandywine Realty Trust, Barry Callebaut, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and Shell Oil.
Currently serves on the board of the Civil War Museum of Philadelphia and formerly served as Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey.
